Customizing the From Name and Email Address on the monthly emails sent to your members adds an extra layer of branding to the regular reminders your members receive about this great benefit your organization provides.

Important Note: Customizing the From Name and Email Address used for branded monthly emails is a feature only available to Manage PLUS plans at $600 per month or greater. If you'd like access to this feature, along with the ability to include your logo in your member's monthly emails, it can be added to your current plan a la carte for $50 per month. Your Abenity Representative will be glad to assist in you setting this up if you're interested.

Editing the From Name & Email Address in your Back Office

Once you're logged into your organization's Back Office in Abenity, go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page. From there, click 'Program Branding' in the menu on the right side of the page. You'll initially see the 'Branding' panel open. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll see 'Mailing Settings' and click 'Edit.'

If your account has this feature available, you'll be able to edit the From Name and From Email Address here.

The From Name is the name that your members will see as the sender of your email campaigns. We recommend something like "Abenity Perks."

The From Email Address is the email address that your members will see as the sender of your email campaigns. If a domain other than "" is used, then the email address must be verified by Abenity's Marketing Team as an active email address prior to its use. You must have the ability to send/receive an email from the domain in order to verify the email address.
