Why does my order status show as "pending" when I've already been charged?

If your recent Abenity Store order shows as "pending" and you have already been charged, please note that this just means that your order is currently undergoing the fulfillment process through the store. As listed in the offer for all electronic items, eTickets may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours to be fulfilled. This is simply a security method put in place to protect our members. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will immediately receive your electronic ticket items to the email you provided at checkout to download and print.
