If you have requested a password reset and the email states that your email address is not registered, there can be multiple reasons.

    1. You may have originally registered with Abenity under a different email address. If you have an alternate email address, please try that.

    2. You may be trying to log into the wrong program. Please be sure you are accessing the appropriate program. 

    3. In order to login to Abenity, you must complete the registration process. If you have not yet gone through this process, please contact support@abenity.com with the name of your participating program for further assistance with the registration link.
