Once you receive your order, please download the 'Smartvisit' App on your mobile device from the Apple or Android Play Store. Once downloaded, follow the instructions on the Smartvisit App to link your Hollywood Plus Pass Digital ticket(s). When you are ready to visit an attraction, click ‘Redeem Now’ and scan your pass for direct entry to the attraction. Some attractions require a reservation prior to your visit - instructions on exactly how to reserve your places are provided within the pass guide on the app and will guide you through the reservation process.
