The park was closed when I attended/capacity was full. Can I receive a refund for my tickets?

We encourage our members to check the attractions operating schedule prior to purchase as all of our electronic tickets are non-refundable. This policy is listed in our details prior to checkout.


However, if this was an unexpected closure, each park has it's own guidelines on refunds/rainchecks. Please reach out to our member support team at support@abenity.com with further details on the closure and we will be happy to assist further.
