I'm Having Trouble with the iPhone App

We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing any issues with the Abenity iPhone app! Below we have listed a few suggestions that typically result in an easy fix to issues with the iPhone app:


1) Check to ensure you have the most up to date version of the iPhone app. You can check this in the Apple Store (with a free download) by going to: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/abenity/id969660371?mt=8

2) Try signing out of the app and sign back in 

3) Reboot the phone to reset the device's internet connect on the phone 

4) Move to a different internet connection (also, try with a wifi connection to see if this resolves the issue)
