We are very sorry for the delay.  Please note that any orders placed directly through the Abenity Store (meaning you were able to add your items directly to your cart without leaving the Abenity Discount Program) may take up to 24 hours to be emailed to you, as listed in the Important Details section of each offer.  You may also check your order history to find any purchases made through the Abenity Store by logging into your account and clicking on My Perks>>Order History>>View All.  You may also submit a ticket or email support@abenity.com and provide us with your confirmation number and the date of your purchase.  Please allow us 24 hours to research the situation for you.
